Gentle yoga practice suitable for beginners as well as yogis looking for a slower, more introspective practice. Explore the basic principles of alignment and learn how to listen to your body and stay safe in our yoga practice. This class will also include some breath work and restorative poses to help you relax and renew. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. Session runs September 19-November 7.
